I’ve been slowly framing works for the upcoming show in late June. I have to cut new mountboards because the imported italian paper which was divided in half etc. obviously isn’t the same standards ie. I think the frames are based on A1 - A6. The new mountboard is better quality anyway so its worth it.

Site Update

The main purpose of the site is for me to catalog work, the problem is I don’t have that much time to make it really good because I actually want to spend most of my time making artwork not computermatising. I figured I’d just use a WordPress install and use categories and tags to organise but I think its flawed what I really need to do is build an application that does exactly what I need not try to bend a blog into something its not designed for. The new plan is to start building a application with php (Kohana framework). I will also have WordPress but use it as the blog part of the site. This isn’t likely to happen too soon due to the upcoming exhibition and work commitments so for now this will have to do. If your confused about the navigation keep in mind the site currently only contains posts no pages and navigation is simply posts by date or filtered (by date) via tag’s or catalog.
